The staff members were helpful and accommodating. The service I received--a front wheel alignment for a VW--was promptly completed and the work thoroughly explained by a sercixw technician who provided a printed graphical representation of the alignment aork. The cost of the service was well within the rcoat range provided by my tire nstaller (who was not equipped to perform the alignment) and a later Google consultation on VW wheel alignment costs for Northeastern Pennsylvania. So my ultimate takeaway on Rhymer is a firm that is professional, courteous, and charges reasonable prices

Extremely grateful we stumbled upon this garage! Jody went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! We thought our vehicle was going in for just a simple fix and they ended up diagnosing us with another issue we were completely unaware of. Very transparent company to work with! They keep you in the loop and they are extremely thorough with the work they are preforming. Jody and Justin handled every call I made professionally and very friendly. They were able to answer all questions we had. The work preformed was done in a timely manner and the pricing is very fair. I will be recommending this garage to anyone who needs minor to major work done.

Booked an appointment for 9am. Scheduled to have an AC compressor seal replacement and recharge. The price was nice. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Out at 10:30. Thank you for getting me back up running, with, a chill AC. Almost 50 years of service to the Wilkes Barre Area. Best regards, Freddie K

I bought a 1990 Buick Riviera. The Climate Control was inoperative with no blower or fan for either cooling and heating. The previous owner put in a redneck fix via a direct wiring and switch to the blower. It did not do much although the blower pushed air, but only at one speed and the A/C still would not kick on. Neil from Rymer Automotive took on the job and was recommended by the folks at Jo-Dan Buick. Neil is an expert with these old Riviera’s. The problem looked like a faulty Control Module and Blower Assembly, however, the blower was fine, meaning there was no input voltage for the blower to operate with. This was going to require some serious electrical troubleshooting. Neil called me and asked how much time troubleshooting did I want to invest. He was confident he could find it but, at what cost? We talked and agreed that another couple of hours and then pull the plug on further effort. I was hoping for a Grand Slam, Home Run Hit, as it was a pretty car. Well, perhaps 30 minutes later the Garage calls and the offensive circuit was identified and corrected. The whole Environmental Climate System was working properly now. Neil also did an A/C Retrofit where the Freon 12 was
